Reception Hours 

In order to keep our costs down and offer you cheaper prices, our Reception is open from 3pm to 10pm*. You may choose between self contactless check in OR full service during reception hours. If you are checking in outside these hours then please be advised that the following early/late check-in charges apply.

11 am – 12 noon	NZD $80* only self check in option available - no reception
12 noon – 1pm	NZD $60* only self check in option available - no reception
1 pm – 2 pm	NZD $40*
2 pm – 3 pm	NZD $20*
3 pm – 10 pm	Free
10 pm – 2 am	Free - only self check in option available - no reception
2 am – 4 am	Free - only self check in option available - no reception Check out is 10am same day
4 am to 8 am	Free - only self check in option available - no reception Check out is 10am same day

*Subject to availability and room may not be ready. Prior arrangement required.

Terms & Conditions

(1) Sharebox locker will not be able to open without completing the self-check-in form. This is must to ensure the safety of other guests.

(2) By opening the Sharebox Locker you agree to charge for early check-in as per the above chart.

(3) Our check-out time is at 10 am , your room may not be ready for early check-in even though you receive SMS.

(5) Late check-out can be arranged for an additional NZD$15.00 per hour and is subject to availability. (10am to 11am = NZ$15.00 11am to 12 noon - NZ$30.00). Late check out must be arranged at time of check-in.
