Reception Hours

In order to keep our costs down and offer you cheaper prices, our Reception is open from 4pm to 10pm*. If you are checking in outside these hours then please be advised that the following early/late check-in charges apply.

Terms & Conditions

(1) Sharebox locker will not be able to open without completing the self-check-in form. This is must to ensure the safety of other guests.

(2) NZD 5 will be charged to cover operational cost of Sharebox Locker if you use outside of our advertised check-in time which is from 4 pm to 10 pm.

(3) By opening the Sharebox Locker you agree to charge for early check-in as per the above chart.

(4) Our check-out time is at 10 am , your room may not be ready for early check-in even though you receive SMS.

(5) Late check-out can be arranged for an additional NZD$15.00 per hour and is subject to availability. (10am to 11am = NZ$15.00 11am to 12 noon - NZ$30.00). Late check out must be arranged at time of check-in.
