CHECK IN
Upon your arrival at our accommodation, we offer you the convenience of two check-in options to suit your preferences. For a seamless and contactless experience, you can opt for our "self-contactless check-in" using your mobile phone. Alternatively, if you prefer personalized assistance, our fully staffed reception is available from 3 pm to 10 pm weekdays and weekends 3pm to 8pm
At the forefront of New Zealand's accommodation facilities, we take pride in pioneering innovative IT systems for check-in, ensuring a swift and efficient process. Prior to your arrival, we will send you a TXT | SMS and email containing all the details for contactless check-in, making it as effortless as checking in with an airline online.
Should your arrival fall outside the staffed reception hours, the contactless check-in process will be at your disposal. Rest assured, our dedicated team is always delighted to offer any assistance you may require.

Nestled within the breathtaking new suburb of Ormiston (Flatbush), East Auckland, our Homestay is situated in a vibrant and recently developed community, boasting a youthful age of only five years.
Flat Bush, also known as Ormiston, is an emerging suburb in Auckland and stands as New Zealand's largest and most meticulously planned new town, gracefully spanning across 1700 hectares in the south-eastern region of Auckland. With a vision of accommodating a thriving population of at least 40,000 people by 2025, akin to the size of Nelson, the area embraces five distinctive neighborhood centers, forming a dynamic and diverse community.
Central to this flourishing suburb is the magnificent 94-hectare "Barry Curtis Park," a testament to the legacy of Sir Barry Curtis, Manukau's longest-standing mayor. The park, brimming with lush greenery, holds grand aspirations as its development program stretches into the forthcoming decade. In tandem, a neighbouring 20-hectare Ormiston Town Centre has already embarked on a promising development journey, while plans for the subdivision of an additional 440 hectares are actively underway.

Immerse yourself in the vibrant pulse of the area, as we are surrounded by over 50 enticing food places, ranging from charming coffee shops to a diverse array of restaurants and delightful eateries.
The new Ormiston Town Centre, just an 8-minute drive away, beckons with its convenience, hosting two supermarkets to cater to all your shopping needs. For a grand shopping expedition, the renowned Botany Town Shopping Centre, boasting a staggering 200 stores, awaits a mere 15-minute car ride away. Similarly, the Westfield Manukau Shopping Centre, offering an impressive 180 stores, is also a short 15-minute drive from our Homestay. Public transportation is a breeze, with easy access to Bus and Train stations, connecting you to the heart of Auckland. You can take the local bus, with options such as Bus Routes 35 or 355, to reach either shopping center.
